In one sentence: VeloRadar is a free, on-device dashboard for e-bikes - use it at your own risk, follow road rules, and don't rely on it as your sole safety or navigation tool.
Purpose
What VeloRadar does
Displays bike telemetry (speed, battery, motor data) read over Bluetooth, shows imported routes on a map, and surfaces Garmin Varia radar warnings. It is a supplementary information tool, not a certified instrument.
Eligibility
Who can use it
VeloRadar is intended for adult riders capable of safely operating an e-bike. If you are a minor, use the app only with parental supervision.
Acceptable Use
Do
Use VeloRadar in compliance with all local traffic laws. Mount the phone securely. Glance at the screen only when safe.
Don't
Don't use VeloRadar to violate any law, harass others, attempt to reverse engineer or extract the app's code, or interfere with its operation. Don't redistribute the app outside the App Store.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
The VeloRadar app, its source code, icons, sounds, and documentation are the property of the developer. The Apple Standard EULA grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on devices you own or control.
No Warranty
Provided "as is"
VeloRadar is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Telemetry values, GPS positions, weather data, and route information may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any safety-critical decision.
Liability
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages - direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential - arising from your use of VeloRadar, including injury, property damage, or loss of data. You assume all risk.
Changes
Updates to these Terms
These Terms may change in future versions of the app. Material changes will be presented in the app the next time you launch it; continued use after that constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

VeloRadar is distributed under the Apple Standard End-User Licence Agreement. Governing law: Czech Republic.
